Benesys signs license agreement for FlexTPA/NG

Microtrends agreed to license with source code its next generation of FlexTPA software to Benesys on a non-exclusive basis. Benesys will be using this software to provide group benefit administration and billing services to a number of TPAs defined within this agreement.

Symbility Health partners with Microtrends

Microtrends Computing Services Inc. is excited to announce that we have signed an agreement with Symbility Health Inc., a division of Symbility Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE: SY), to allow them to directly distribute and support a fully web-based customized version of the FlexTPA product suite, called Symbility Heath’s AdminCare™.

Dibrina Sure Benefits acquires FlexTPA license

Dibrina Sure Benefits Consulting Inc has exercised its option to acquire a FlexTPA license with source code on a non-exclusive basis to use the software in the administration and billing of group benefit plans offered to its clients.
